Mục đích của luật pháp
Adds persons who are employees or members of the board of trustees or board of directors of a continuing care retirement community, family members of employees or members of the board of trustees or board of directors of a continuing care retirement community, and accredited practitioners of the religious organization or denomination with which a continuing care retirement community is affiliated to the list of individuals who may be admitted to nursing home beds of a continuing care retirement community after expiration of the initial one-time, three-year open admission period.
