The Common Interest Community Board will be taking public comment on a proposed guidance document.  The guidance document is being established to provide interpretative guidance for Section 18VAC48-60-60 in the Common Interest Community Association Registration Regulations.  A 30-day comment period will begin on October 25, 2021.  Information regarding the proposed guidance document may be found at the Virginia Regulatory Town Hall website:
