The Common Interest Community Board has revised the following bulletins:

Maximum Allowable Preparation Fees - Disclosure Packets for Professionally Managed Property Owners' Associations

Maximum Allowable Preparation Fees - Disclosure Packets for Non-Professionally Managed Property Owners’ Associations

Maximum Allowable Preparation Fees - Condominium Resale Certificates for Condominium Unit Owners’ Associations

The bulletins have been revised to clarify when fees may be collected in accordance with the applicable statutes.
