The Common Interest Community Board (“the Board”) will be taking public comment on a proposed guidance document.  The current guidance document is being amended to reflect new guidance documents that were adopted by the Board on September 23, 2021, and March 3, 2022.  A 30-day comment period will begin on July 18, 2022.  Information regarding the proposed guidance document may be found at the Virginia Regulatory Town Hall website:
