The Common Interest Community Board has updated the following bulletins:

• Maximum Allowable Preparation Fees for Disclosure Packets | Professionally Managed Associations
• Maximum Allowable Preparation Fees for Disclosure Packets | Associations NOT Professionally Managed
• Maximum Allowable Preparation Fees for Condominium Resale Certificates

The updated maximum fees are effective as of January 12, 2023.
