On August 11, 2017, the Common Interest Community Board ("the Board") convened a special meeting to consider possible revisions to the Property Owners' Assoiciation (POA) Disclsoure Packet Notice.  The Board initially adopted revisions to the POA Notice on June 8, 2017.  At its meeting on August 11, the Board voted to make additional revisions to the POA Disclosure Packet Notice to clarify language pertaining to a purchaser's right to cancel a contract.
