Notice of Availability of Title V Maternal and Child Health Services Block Grant for Public Comment.

The Virginia Department of Health (VDH) has prepared and made available for public comment the 2019 Application / 2017 Annual Report for the Title V Maternal and Child Health Services Block Grant. The report is available at: http://www.vdh.virginia.gov/vdhlivewell/. 

About the Title V Block Grant: Title V funds support programs to improve the health of women, infants, children, and adolescents in Virginia, including individuals with special health care needs.

VDH invites the public to submit written comments via the Public Comment Forum or via email to carla.hegwood@vdh.virginia.gov. The public comment period will close on September 25, 2018.
