A. Theo § 54.1-3443 Theo Điều D của Bộ luật Virginia, Hội đồng Dược phẩm đưa các chất sau vào Phụ lục I của Đạo luật Kiểm soát Ma túy:

1. N-(1-amino-3-methyl-1-oxobutan-2-yl)-1-(cyclohexylmethyl)indazole-3-carboxamide (other name: AB-CHMINACA);

2. N-(1-amino-3-methyl-1-oxobutan-2-yl)-1-(5-fluoropentyl)indazole-3-carboxamide (other name: 5-fluoro-AMB); and

3. 3,4-methylenedioxy-N,N-dimethylcathinone (tên khác: Dimethylone, bk-MDDMA).

1. Các tác nhân bắt chước cần sa:

a. N-(1-amino-3,3-dimethyl-1-oxobutan-2-yl)-1-(cyclohexylmethyl)indazole-3-carboxamide (other names: ADB-CHMINACA, MAB-CHMINACA);

b. Methyl 2-(1-(5-fluoropentyl)-1H-indazole-3-carboxamido)-3-methylbutanoate (other name: 5-fluoro-AMB);

c. 1-naphthalenyl 1-(5-fluoropentyl)-1H-indole-3-carboxylate (tên khác: NM-2201); và

d. 1-(4-fluorobenzyl)-3-(2,2,3,3-tetramethylcyclopropylmethanone)indole (other name: FUB-144).

2. Cathinone thay thế:

a. 4-bromomethcathinone (tên khác: 4-BMC); và

b. 4-chloromethcathinone (tên khác: 4-CMC).

B. Việc bố trí này sẽ có hiệu lực cho đến 28 tháng 7, 2016 tháng 2 11, 2017, trừ khi được ban hành thành luật trong Đạo luật Kiểm soát Ma túy.
