The Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (agency) promulgates regulations concerning charitable gaming activities in the Commonwealth. The agency is tasked with the duties and responsibilities associated with administering the provisions of the Charitable Gaming Law as well as the regulations promulgated pursuant thereto in order to promote the integrity of charitable gaming activities throughout Virginia. |
