The Motor Vehicle Dealer Board is a 19 member Board that regulates motor vehicle dealers and motor vehicle dealer salespersons. Board members include 16 licensed dealers, a consumer representative, the Commissioner of the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and the Commissioner of the Department of Motor Vehicles who also serves as the Board Chair.
