CPST requires crisis supports (section 5.3) that are exclusive of crisis services as defined in Appendix G. Specifically Mobile Crisis Response is a service that is dispatched through 988 and Regional Crisis Hubs who are likely unaware of an individual's involvement in CPST services, is there a plan for how this may be managed? Also, as defined Crisis Supports in section 5.3 very closely parallel MCR services, but are reimbursed at about 1/2 of the rate that MCR is reimbursed at. The MCR rate was established with consideration of the cost of 24/7/365 highly qualified and credentialed staff that are required to provide this level of care. it appears to be misplaced as a portion of a rehabilitation and treatment service.
