There is no feasible way that the system will be ready to begin providing the new CPST service or other redesigned services on 01 JUL 2026 given the policy documents that will need to be completed before providers can even have a full understanding of what it would take in terms of staffing and training to achieve what is required to deliver the service.  Moreover, the education of members, MCO's, and community stakeholders is unachievable by this date.
