DMAS changes with CPST/Clubhouse International
 

2.2- PSR will not be an ongoing service/long term? How will this affect members who are not able to work and need social interactions daily. Many of our members reside in ALF’s and are required to attend some type of service during the day to prevent decompensating.

4.3 LMHP must be available 24 hours to consult. CSB’s have mobile Crisis Teams and Crisis to handle any crisis outside of regular business hours. This will be a burden on daytime staff and required all staff to trained in Crisis Response or become Prescreeners.

4.4 Weekly supervision for all staff is not feasible. QMHP's should receive at least monthly supervision, so why is this increasing to 4 times a month?

 

4.5 Clinical Supervisor can only supervise 9 staff. Does this include non-clinical staff?

5.2 LMHP must sign ISP’s.

-We have a large program and a lot for on one person to complete in PSR setting.

-how is lack of progress determined if the QMHP is providing direct service and not LMHP?

 

7.7 Discharge

-Indicates 4-12 months for services. Many clients need more time to fully work on recovery. This will be too short of time to see real progress

 

-Can we get more details on Clubhouse International?

   -Do all staff need to be trained to have this Accreditation?

   -How much are annual dues?
