I think it is riduculous if this amendment about notifying parents about sensitive material is outrageous.  If this is the case, then the state should make textbooks and SOL requirements that exclude this sensitive material.

Teachers already spend so much time planning, grading papers, holding conferences with parents, retesting/reteaching the material to meet state goals/requirements...this would only add to more stress and take more time away from teaching and spending time with our families.

Do NOT support this amendment.
