The Northern Neck Soil & Water Conservation District Board of Directors would like to propose the following suggestions to the RMP Regulations:

1) Is a complete perimeter check necessary;

2) Address the duplicative efforts involved with two independent checks by District Staff and TSPs;

3) RMP applications need to be signed off on by BOTH the producer AND the landowner.
