Mục đích của luật pháp
The bill 1) provides applicants for initial licensure to operate child welfare agencies, assisted living facilities, and adult day care centers the same option of providing an operating budget and at least one credit reference in lieu of providing financial records for inspection and 2) clarifies the subsection of the Freedom of Information Act that exempts from disclosure the confidential proprietary information provided to DSS. In § 63.2-1707, HB 1443 stipulates that an initial license may be issued to an applicant who has submitted an operating budget and at least one credit reference (and has met other non-financial requirements for licensure currently in this statute).
