(i) Whether the charges expected of persons who are able to pay for the medical services of VDH at a partial level are the same as those prescribed by the Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS) in that agency's efforts to implement and comply with federal Medicaid requirements; and
(ii) Whether the charges are reviewed frequently and amended in a timely manner following periodic changes made by DMAS.
